About this house rental
Charming bungalow, within a 5-minute sidewalk stroll of Downtown Weaverville's restaurants, shops and breweries. It is also an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville. The home has all the amenities to provide you a comfortable, relaxing and fun stay. There is a full kitchen, an upstairs living area with TV and a cozy downstairs den with a TV, both with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon apps ready for you to watch whatever subscription you have. I hope you enjoy it!

The house is very cute and in a great location. It was very clean with plenty of towels. One bedroom did not have pillows. The owner was very responsive up until we checked in….at which point we discovered a couple of issues. The owner would NOT respond to my multiple emails/questions for our entire stay. Also there was no information given as to how we should handle “checkout”…that would be helpful in the future.

Very clean interior! Comfortable beds. Outdoor patio area was very moldy and not welcoming to sit outside. Bushes in the front need to be trimmed back. Bathtub drain doesn’t work. Sickly sweet smell of maple in the master bedroom that was, for me, unusable. Otherwise, I really liked the house, in general. Conveniently located near downtown.
