The Alpha Monkey hotel & Tree house

Le responsable de l’établissement et sa sœur sont d’une hospitalité louable ! La cabane en front de mer est spacieuse et donne sur une plage magnifique. La vue est le vrai point fort de cet hébergement. Le lit est confortable et les draps et linges de toilettes sont d’une propreté impeccable.

S’il faut trouver des choses à améliorer : la poignée de porte de la chambre et la chasse d’eau des toilettes sont rongées par les embruns et mériteraient un petit coup de décapant ou de ponçage. De l’eau minérale aurait été appréciée. Un savon classique était à disposition. Une petite dose de shampoing aurait été également la bienvenue. Pas de wifi.

We had a wonderful and relaxing calm stay at Alpha Monkey hotel. The cabanas were located right at the beach, which was extraordinary. We stayed there in off-season, so the beach was nearly empty besides some cute hermit crabs. Another big plus was the sea-water pool surrounded by Plants and palms sometimes visited by monkeys. So they definitely earned the name.

Only thing which we have to mentioned is, that the bathroom is very basic and a could need some renovation.

One of my favorite places in Sri Lanka! We were upgraded to a cabana right on the beach which was everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The cabana is not air conditioned but there’s a mosquito net over the bed, good air flow, and a fan so it was very comfortable! There’s also a massive pool that they fill during high season and the hosts are friendly :)

Tutto meraviglioso, sono rimasta 5 giorni perché era davvero troppo bello, direttamente sulla spiaggia, con casetta privata, era luglio ed ero completamente da sola in tutta la spiaggia, era pieno di varani, paguri e tartarughe, sinceramente è stato un paradiso, il proprietario e sua moglie estremamente gentili, hanno un parente che guida il tuck tuck che vi può portare in centro a comprare frutta per fare colazione ma nel caso non ne abbiate voglia la moglie cucina benissimo, tutto eccezionale!! Ce anche una grande piscina, Lo consiglio !! Il proprietario l’ultimo giorno mi ha anche fatto un regalino😭❤️ miglior pernottamento di sempre
