It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood to feel like a serene getaway, but so easily accessible to anywhere in town or for day trips in the region.

This home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with excellent proximity to all the conveniences of the city. (It's also the closest neighborhood to Liberty University for those coming to visit that campus.) Restaurants, shopping, & groceries are only 2-3 minutes away.
There is easy access onto 460 from the neighborhood, which takes you towards Appomattox in one direction and Bedford, the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Roanoke in the other direction. Only 4 minutes from the Lynchburg airport. It's a great home base as you explore the area.

Place was perfect for what we needed. We were there to watch a tournament at the university and 4 adults stayed for the week. Close to the college, great kitchen and plenty of room for us to relax. Loved that it had 2 floors so we could watch tv on one floor and a couple of us had to work and needed a quieter place so we took the other floor. I would definitely stay here again

Great location. All the bridesmaids and plus ones stayed at the location. Home was decorated for Halloween which was great! Plenty of amenities. Great stay!

This is a stellar VRBO. The quality of everything from the bed linens, mattresses and toiletries was exceptional. The house was very clean. Very well spaced out and had all the amenities needed. Didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas but those looked very nice. Would definitely stay again!
