About this house rental
New to the market Water front three bedroom two bathroom Just 1/2 mile from the beach! This house lives large with its open split floor plan with huge master living quarters on one side guest bedrooms on the opposite side. Fourteen foot ceilings, huge great room with 80" TV. Leather automatic reclining sofa, loveseat, Chair. 4 large pocket sliders open up to a beautiful screened Lanai with outdoor furniture, TV and heated pool. The lanai faces west with long canal view for unparalleled sunsets. Access to brand new large outdoor Grill, Dock for fishing or launching paddle boards and kayak. House is situated on a large corner lot off of Winterberry drive for a private stay. Beach and all the restaurants are a short .5 mile walk. Beach chairs, kayak, paddle boards and umbrellas available for your use. Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied!

Second time we have stayed here. Andrew is great, he is always helpful if we had any questions. House is super clean, all the amenities you could need. Out of any trip we make to southwest Florida, this house is ALWAYS the first option if it is available. Not one single negative comment about it

We enjoyed our two-week stay at this house. It is beautifully renovated with a lovely master bedroom suite and two other bedrooms. The house has a great open layout and all the modern conveniences in the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing in the lanai and lounged in the pool too. The lanai area is fairly small, but it was just fine for the four of us. We also enjoyed having a cocktail down on the dock to watch the sunset. We really liked the location of the house, which is in the middle of Marco Island. We really appreciated that the house is pet friendly and enjoyed walking our dog on the sidewalks around the neighborhood streets. We found Marco Island to be a really wonderful safe place to walk around and enjoy beautiful weather. Additionally, the owner Andrew was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions/needs that we had. Andrew's house was the perfect house for our vacation, and we would be excited to rent it again in the future!
