Sea Gull unit 101 is a newly remodeled, sleek yet coastal, 3 bedroom – 2.5 bath condo located steps from the beach and directly overlooking the ocean and Sea Gull's beautiful pool & B-B-Q areas. The open and spacious living, dining and kitchen areas combine to make entertaining and quality family time feel inclusive yet effortless. An extra-large patio opens off the living area and allows access directly to the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean. The large master bath has dual granite vanities and a beautiful walk-in-shower. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, while Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a set of built-in extra-long twin bunk beds, and a futon sleeper chair. Both of these bedrooms open to their own private balcony directly overlooking Sea Gull's resort swimming pool where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the Corpus Christi Bay. This Condo includes all the modern amenities you could want: Big screen smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms, high-speed internet, a fully appointed modern kitchen, wood-like flooring throughout, recessed lighting and many other touches in design and function. This condo sleeps 8 effortlessly.

We recently enjoyed a phenomenal stay. Despite a recent oil spill, the dedicated beach crew ensured the area was impeccably clean and safe. Our unit, was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and sized just right for our family. As a first-floor condo, it offered unmatched convenience with its close proximity to the swimming pool and beach, perfect for hauling beach gear or managing young ones. Despite a busy summer weekend, we savored the remarkable tranquillity, truly enabling us to unwind. We were so impressed with our experience that we plan to make this a tradition. The staff's dedication to maintaining this wonderful vacation spot is noteworthy. For anyone considering a stay here, you won't be disappointed. It's a slice of paradise amidst adversity. We can't wait for our next visit!

We have stayed at this property before and loved every minute. This time was just as great. There was a small issue when we checked in but the property manager and owner were easy to reach and the issue was resolved very very promptly - we so appreciated that. We love this place and highly recommend!
