Utrolig atmosfære i et gammelt hus med masse spennende historie. Veldig god service og god mat takket være veldig hyggelig driver av stedet.

The place and location are stunning — beautiful surroundings, incredible architecture, and a cosy atmosphere throughout the building. The stories behind it are really interesting and definitely worth asking about. The lady who hosted us was absolutely incredible — friendly, helpful, informative, and very caring. She made our experience and stay 100% better than we expected. We were lucky to be the only guests, and it truly felt like we received special treatment. The breakfast she served and the room she placed us in were mind-blowing. It was my birthday stay, and she made the day and celebration sooooooooo much more special for me.

Een fantastische, romantische lokatie met een geweldige gastheer die ons vorstelijk onthaalde toen we na een lange reis aankwamen. De keuken was al dicht, maar hij toverde toch nog iets heerlijks voor ons op tafel. Hier komen we heel graag weer terug.

Wij vonden het niet erg, maar je deelt de badkamer met andere gasten, dat is even wennen, maar er is voldoende keuze. De badkamers zijn prima en schoon, maar in verhouding tot de rest een beetje out dated.

The setting is lovely and the building is quite impressive. The manager was attentive and very polite.

The building is rundown and not well kept (dirty). Overall, there is a lack of attention to detail. The mat in the bathroom looked filthy, there was no soap, the room (beds) was not made up from one day to the next, the curtains were seethrough so the light came in (which is very earlier during the summer months) and the breakfast (at an additional cost) is the poorest offering I have ever seen at a hotel.
