Muy buena localización. La casa y el jardín son muy agradables. Se puede andar al pueblo sin tener que pasar por la carretera. Zona de vida y de noches muy confortables.
Los utensilios de cocina no estaban en el mejor estado (sobre todo cuchillos), lo cual estaría bien de renovar/mejorar. También se agradecerían algunas cosas básicas como sal, o gel/shampoo, al igual que trapos de cocina.
