Au 3e etage d'une résidence privée, L'appartement est très agréable, un bel espace, avec 1 cuisine équipée ouverte sur salon, 2 chambres (très bonne literie et draps tout doux) et 2 salles de bain avzc douche. Une grande terrasse et une autre terrasse au 4e étage avec jacuzzi, grill, etc... Un service de concierge est disponible pour toutes questions et très réactif. La piscine de la résidence est super agréable. Je recommande pour ceux qui veulent de l'indépendance et de belles prestations.
Une voiture est nécessaire, la situation est dans une zone résidentielle entre la zone hôtelière de la plage (plusieurs km) et le centre de Tulum.

appartement très beau, très confort et fonctionnel. Résidence très propre, piscine très agréable et grande.
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, on peut juste le remplir mais pas de remous.

Erreur du code de la boîte à clé (chiffre inversé) mais l'hôte à répondu rapidement pour nous donner le bon code. Tout était parfait, super séjour agréable. Nous recommandons l'endroit, près de tout, central, les gens étaient tous sympathiques! Parfait pour un séjour de courte ou longue durée.
Ajouter des linges à vaisselles, sinon tout était super!
