The staff were supportive. Amazing people.

I dislike the fact that they only accept cash and do not mention this on their website. I needed to make a payment that night and had to walk for 10 minutes to find an ATM. As someone in a new environment, I did not feel safe walking alone at night. Overall, they are good people, but they need to do something about not accepting card payments.

The pool was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean

The AC won't go below 27c (we had two different rooms and it was the same in both). So it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping at night. Some of the staff were a little unprofessional. They said breakfast started at 8am, but then the cook didn't even show up to work until 8am.

I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the staff. Even though I arrived around midnight and the reception wasn’t formally open, a gentleman welcomed me, opened the doors, and made sure I was comfortable. As I mentioned I was hungry, he kindly offered me an apple and even a few beers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The team was also very helpful in arranging a taxi for my onward journey to the mountains, and everything was well organised and on time.

The check-in process felt a bit unclear compared to what I’m used to, as there was no formal check-in or document verification. The room was missing some standard amenities like shower gel and conditioner (only shampoo was provided), and the towels had some rust stains, which could be improved. Also, it wasn’t possible to pay by card, which was inconvenient.
