Good price and location. It was above a shopping mall, and such an easy access to find restaurant or supermarket.
The room was smaller than I expected. The bed has stain on it and the pillow smells funny. The room a little bit too dark.

The room quite comfy for short staycation plus it had a mall under the apartment so you can but some groceries or food while stay in the apartment.
The cleanness, some cutleries are rusted and perhaps can used disposable glasses instead of plastic glass or ceramic.
Unfortunately the parking payment for guest who stayed at the apartment should be different with the mall visitors. It will be nice if the room has air freshener or reed diffuser.
