The sunsets from the lanai are indescribably beautiful. The birds in the back yard are numerous and colorful. They offer the most soothing sounds against the rippling waterfall in the pool. Very relaxing and natural environment. The home is so well stocked, clean, and the decor is vintage Hawaiian. We were fully immersed in a tropical paradise!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This was my 7th trip to Kona and Hale Aikane is one of the very best houses I have ever rented. It was even better than the pictures and description on the website, exceeding expectations. Beautifully furnished and landscaped, spotlessly clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, dishes, glasses and lots of towels and linen. A very quiet neighbourhood with spectacular ocean views! Complete privacy, yet so easy to get down to beaches and into town for dinner. And your own private pool to cool off in! I was participating in the Ironman World championship and this was the perfect place to relax and prepare, especially with the cooler nights at this elevation that were great for sleeping. Nick, with whom I booked this house, was extremely helpful and professional and answered any questions that we had. All in all, staying at Hale Aikane contributed to making this another trip to paradise!
