Bella struttura, pulita e ben organizzata. Ottima posizione e servizi adeguati alle esigenze delle famiglie. Consigliata per un soggiorno rilassante e senza pensieri. Pulizia impeccabile, gli ambienti sono curati nei dettagli. TOP!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Balconies in famiglia con il nostro bimbo di due anni e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stata la pulizia, l’appartamento era perfettamente ordinato, profumato e curato in ogni dettaglio, cosa per noi fondamentale viaggiando con un bambino piccolo. Gli spazi erano accoglienti e funzionali, ideali anche per chi ha bisogno di un ambiente sicuro e confortevole per i più piccoli. Ottima anche la posizione e la tranquillità della struttura, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Appartamento ordinato, zona tranquilla e mare vicinissimo. Perfetto per una coppia che cerca comodità e libertà negli spostamenti. Pulizia impeccabile, tutto in ordine e ben mantenuto. Staff gentile e disponibile. Bellissima atmosfera serale sul corso principale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, speriamo di ritornare :-)

the cleanliness was not up to scratch, couch had not been deep cleaned or vacuumed properly from previous residents; floors didn’t feel clean; generally apartment was lacking in cleanliness and the odour from the pipes in the bathroom was quite unappealing. understandable that it is an old building and plumbing but there could’ve been small efforts like a candle or room scents provided to mask the smell upon first entry. Some better cleaning tools other than just a broom and dust pan would’ve been awesome to have, especially with daily trips to the beach and returning with small pebbles. Also, the powerpoint connecting the fridge was faulty, meaning the fridge lost power one day unbeknownst to us, only realising the following day. we had to plug it in another point, meaning we found it hard to use the coffee machine; kettle, toaster etc. from the kitchen bench which was inconvenient.
