This charming three-story log cabin exudes warmth and comfort, offering an array of amenities and delightful rustic decor that truly captures the essence of a cozy bear den. On the main floor, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan layout with vaulted ceilings, a striking stone wood-burning fireplace, and a 55-inch flat-screen HDTV complete with DVR and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen boasts rainforest marble countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. A bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and office nook, along with a full bath showcasing a level-entry rain shower, copper sink, and rainforest marble countertops, provides utmost convenience. Step outside onto the expansive covered balcony to discover a hot tub, gas grill, and a comfortable sitting area where you can unwind and plan your day. Ascend to the enclosed loft, serving as the primary suite, where a king-size bed, full bath, flat-screen cable TV with DVD player, and breathtaking views of the lake (lake not available to guests) and surrounding mountains await. The lower level offers additional comforts, including a full bathroom, laundry room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and flat-screen cable TV, and a recreational haven. The rec room features a queen-size bed, cable TV with DVD player, PlayStation 2, and various game tables including pool, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Outside, the lower-level deck beckons with a wooden porch swing, perfect for soaking in the mountain air and admiring the serene lake view, with the possibility of catching sight of a deer taking a morning drink. Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. The host was extremely flexible when an impending storm impacted our travel plans. We were able to adjust our stay and enjoyed the cabin very much! Would stay here again!

It was very clean upon arrival, but cold. It got warmer though. The jacuzzi was AMAZING. It had a very homeeeyyy feeling which we loved. We loved the game tables.

Beautiful cabin and very comfortably accommodated 5 adults, two older teens, and a 4 year old. Fireplace was especially nice. Beautiful location overlooking a nice pond. Lots of games for all ages also.

Did not realize the property was not central heat and air. The dryer was broken when we got there, needed a heating element that was scheduled to be fixed after our departure. It was very inconvenient due to having 2 small babies and not being able to do any laundry, wash towels, etc. When I called the office to discuss it, I was told a manager would call me back and never received a call back.
