TV’s in both bedrooms with cable and Roku. Fully equipped updated kitchen, bar and dining room. Across the street from pool and hot tub. 6 blocks to the beach; easy walk. Enjoy amazing beaches, great restaurants, shopping and friendly, cozy atmosphere on Anna Maria Island. Complete with washer/dryer; dishwasher and all amenities! This unit is a 30 day minimum rental.

My wife and I love this condo. Great location on the island, in a quiet, well kept community. Our view of the bay is outstanding. We love watching the fishing charters pick up their passengers every morning at the dock right outside our window. The condo is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. The kitchen has plenty of the supplies necessary to prepare a nice home cooked meal. We are definitely looking forward to returning for future winters. Communication with the owner is always easy and pleasant.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Already looking forward to 2025. Time goes way too fast when we are here. Feels like home as soon as you walk through the door!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janice’s condo. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the views of the bay. We actually saw some dolphins from our window. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to prepare a meal. Janice was quick to respond to any questions we had and was a great host. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

This property had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, great location, very nice pool, spectacular views. The island is a special place with great restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed every day.
