The unit was clean,but is older and the bathrooms and paint finishes show those signs of age. the only real criticism of the unit is the beds. All of the beds are past their service life and should be replaced, but they were adequate and did not affect the overall stay. The location can't be beat. Really nice area and the public beach access is an easy walk across the street. The area is not really walkable to restaurants but many choices are accessible by car within five minutes. During mild weather it's really not possible to have the windows open as the unit faces a busy road and traffic noise is significant. The host, Sergio, was terrific with communication and very quick to answer questions

Great set up for six people. Only had 5 bath towels and only 4 for the pool. Owner was super responsive to questions which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to the beach, Good location,
