Guests have exclusive access to our entire townhome, including both full kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck, and patio. You’ll enjoy complete use of the space—no shared interior areas or amenities with other guests.
The home is part of a duplex-style building and shares one wall with the neighboring townhome, but it’s fully insulated for comfort and privacy. Each side has its own private entrance, outdoor seating, and grill, so you can relax without interruption.
Enjoy the quiet wooded setting while staying just steps from the slopes and resort village —a perfect balance of privacy and proximity to all Boyne Mountain activities.

We had a wonderful time with plenty of space for our five families to have a little reunion. There's so much to do in the area for all ages, and the house was perfect to come back and relax. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

We have 3 families that have been sharing a condo for years now in this village
It is a great location. We were very excited to stay in this condo and figured it would be amazing due to the price.
We were disappointed…. All kinds of maintenance issues… shower curtain in master bathroom would not stay up had to use cardboard to get it to stay , shower head in master bath sprays a very small diameter of water, towel rack missing, door to master bath warped , towels old and dingy, kitchen cupboards very warn, no rug in the upstairs living room, couches old and very uncomfortable, baseboard heat cover off, towel rack broken in log bathroom area , hair in tub, outdoor decks filthy, Kitchen sink faucet broken, no stream only shower mode, dishes still in the dishwasher making us wander if anyone came to clean, the landscaping out front needs work and the ski rack is broken . I’m sure there are more issues but that’s all I can think of.
That said…..if they made repairs and deep cleaned this condo it would be a great place. It has a nice layout and location
