Fire drill mismanagement

Getting taken out of room on 3rd floor following fire escape rules for a fire alarm going off and standing outside with a handful of people with no organisation from Management, whilst majority stayed inside and told eventually after enquiring there was no fire, if we didn't ask we would have been left there for god knows how long! They need to lookminto there fire drills before there is an actual fire 🔥

The location was perfect and the room view was pretty nice . It was clean and comfortable.

You have to make renovation for the rooms cause its a bit old and the rooms were too cold we couldnt turn off the air conditioner i guess there was a problem. Normally most hotels offer 2pm check in and 12pm check out so the timing was unpleasant.

Good location and staff, but needs renovation”

I really liked the staff – very nice and quite helpful. The location is also really good. Although Google Maps shows it a bit differently, the hotel actually has stairs leading directly to the main street, which makes it very convenient, even though it’s on the second line. The pool is nice, and there is a pool bar, but it’s really old and could use some renovation.

I didn’t like that they changed my family room – which was the main reason I chose this hotel – to two connected rooms with a door. These had an awful view of the main road, and we couldn’t open the windows because of the loud traffic. The checkout is too early at 11:00, and the pool closes already at 18:00, which is inconvenient. The hotel itself is an old 3-star and definitely needs renovation, though I think they have already started, which is a good step, as it has the potential to become a really nice hotel.

Pleasant stay for a weekend

The location was good, not far from the beach 5-7 minutes on foot, in the evening it was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The beds are comfortable though I asked about queen size bed, there were just 2 twin beds together. Good water pressure, clean rooms. Staff were friendly. The parking was spacious and free.

The breakfast has all essentials though if to stay to long vacations can look poor. We didn't see the animation maybe because there weren't many people staying. There were no light bulbs in the bedside light. My husband also couldn't use the changing room as there was no light bulb, a bit strange.

I can't rate the Antigoni hotel

I can't rate the Antigoni hotel because they moved us to another hotel, the Papantonia. The room was good, comfortable, the 20euros deposit for a hair dryer was a bit strange, which I think should be in the room, whatever. The "restaurant" was a bit canteen-like, the food was good. The pool area was loud for me, we didn't expect loud entertainment. Overall it was bearable for 1 night. I hope next time we can book one room there. Thank you

The staff attitude, all of them even the chefs. The place was dirty and the corridor carpet was filthy. The food was only luke warm and that was from when the cook had brought it straight from the kitchen. The food was tasteless. The salads were edible but no thought or presentation throughout. If i was the chef I'd be embarrassed! The staff were all rude with attitude, probably all the complaints and negativity around the place. Disgraceful

Very little entertainment. It was scheduled for daily activities and evening entertainment but this didn't take place a lot of the time. Service at swim up pool bar was poor.

Upgraded to a bigger room, because a/c in initial room was noisier than a tractor.

The loud a/c, uncomfortable beds, very old furnishing, bathroom didn’t feel clean, initial room did not accommodate 3 people as paid for, safe deposit box lost our access after they moved us to another room.

Soweit so gut!

Für uns nur ein Ausweichqurtier, wir hatten ein Hotel direkt am Strand gebucht das dann leider überbucht war! Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen, das Personal war stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Etablissement das mit Herz geführt wird.

Housekeeping: hat nicht angeklopft bevor das Zimmer betreten wurde, Toiletten Müll im Waschbecken liegen lassen, Bett wurde nicht gemacht, Aschenbecher wurde nie geleert und wenn man versucht hat etwas zu sagen hat sie nichts verstanden. Muss aber sagen wir hatten 2 Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Etagen und oben war alles tip top. Die Zimmer mit Pool View sind auch sehr Geräusch intensiv vorallem abends das sollte man wissen. Das Essen fanden wir leider auch für AI etwas dürftig. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück aber sonst immer gleich in unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen je nach Themenabend. Man könnte in diesem Bereich noch soviel mehr rausholen ( lieber etwas weniger Angebot dafür mehr selbst gekocht und weniger TK)

Her yere çok yakın bir konumda olmasını çok sevdik. Havuzu yeterli büyüklükteydi ve derinliği çocuklar için de güvenliydi. Sakin ve dingin bir tatil için ideal bir ortamı vardı. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi.

Oda tuvaletinde, elleri yıkamak için ayrı sabun yoktu. Bunun yerine sadece banyonun içinde bulunan sıvı sabun ünitesi vardı. El yıkamak daha pratik olabilirdi. Ayrıca odada ekstra fiş yoktu. Telefonu şarj edebilmek için TV'yi fişten çıkarmak zorundaydık. Yani telefonunuz şarj olurken odada TV izleyemezsiniz. Çocuk için konulan ekstra yatak, üzerinde hareket ettikçe ses çıkarıp gıcırdıyordu. Pek konforlu sayılmazdı Yarım pansiyon(Kahvaltı&akşam yemeği) ödememize rağmen;sabah kahvaltısında içecekler self servis alabiliyorken, akşam yemeğinde içecekler (su bile) ücretliydi.

Yan oda ile aramızda sadece çift kapı sınırı vardı :) Konuşma sesleri duyuluyordu. Odadaki tuvalet ünitesi arızalıydı, su haznesi dolduğunda dışarıya su sızıyordu. Bu yüzden tuvalette yerler hep ıslaktı.

Teren na zewnątrz hotelu z basenem, barami, położenie hotelu. Ogólnie basen z palmami jest super. Bardzo uprzejmi, otwarci barmani i obsługa. Boczne zejście w kierunku plaży i glównej ulicy z restauracjami itd. Dobrze, że ten hotel ponownie się otworzył. Wymaga inwestycji, napraw, szczególnie wewnątrz. Ma potencjał aby podwyższyć standard. Ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie w stosunku do bardzo niskiej ceny jaką zapłaciliśmy w opcji all inclusive. Również jeśli chodzi o posiłki. Pozostają bardzo dobre wspomnienia...

Musiałem przypomnieć się po 4 dniach o wymianę ręczników i sprzątanie pokoju. Problem został rozwiązany błyskawicznie. W kolejnych dniach ok. Natomiast przez 8 dni mieliśmy bardzo zabrudzoną wykładzinę przed wejściem do pokoju na pierwszym piętrze. Wykonywane tam były jakieś naprawy i syf został i pewnie jest do dzisiaj. Proponuję managerowi zajrzeć w zakamarki hotelu.

Allas oli kiva, sekä illallinen.

Aamupala ei ollut syötävää kumpanakaan aamuna. Tuntui, ettei paikkaa ole siivottu kunnolla, hissi jäi jumiin kun siinä oli 4 ihmistä, koko rakennus tuntui tarvitsevan remonttia, suihkunpää suihkutti vettä kaikkialle.
