Poloha, cistota.
Nedostatek vybaveni v kuchyni. Napr absence normalniho noze nebo struhadla. Derave polstare v obyvaku - povlaky. Jeste bych se zamyslel nad manzelskou posteli, ktera ma mezi obema matracemi dvaceticentimetrovou diru, takze jsou to de facto dve samostatne postele.

Nähe zum Lift und der Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Es fehlte ein Kissen & Decke für die 4te Person. Der Bettdeckenbezug hatte Schimmelflecken. Das "Doppelbett" waren zwei einzelne zusammen gestellte Betten. Wasser läuft aus dem Beuler und Badezimmerwaschbecken. Türgriff der Wohnungstür defekt. Balkontür undicht.
