Mieszkanie w ustronnej i cichej lokalizacji. Parking bezpośrednio przy nieruchomości, prywatny.
Poziom czystości obiektu (okna, parapety) pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Dziurawe, porozrywane poszwy na pościel. Brak pozostawienia na zewnątrz kompletów pościeli i ręczników dla dodatkowych 3 osób. Brak informacji gdzie można bieliznę pościelową i kąpielową znaleźć. Nakaz segregacji ale brak wystarczającej ilości koszy. Brak uchwytu na papier toaletowy, trzeba wstać z toalety i sięgać przez całą szerokość łazienki. Miśka WC ochlapująca wodą. W kuchni brakuje np łopatki / łyżki do patelni. Klucz odbierany i zwracany jest w innym miejscu, odległość kilku kilometrów, co nie jest funkcjonalne jeżeli masz inne plany niż powrót tą samą drogą. Wszystko powyższe pewnie zaakceptowałabym w przypadku osoby prywatnej, ale tu jest profesjonalny zarządca.
