Independent living in Lyon.

The location was great, walking distance to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. It was great to have an appartment to myself (it was cheaper than a hotel). I was visiting friends in a nearby village, so I didn't use the kitchen or the enormous TV, but having both is excellent and allows you to cook instead of going out to restaurants all the time, which can get expensive. Great bathroom including bathtub and shower. Comfy double bed (not twin beds put together). I spoke to the host by Whatsapp beforehand to get clarification on how to get into the flat (he gets a notification on his phone when you press the buzzer and he lets you in remotely). He was very helpful and available.

Being on the ground floor, there were bars at the window, which is quite normal in France, but I like to have more than one escape route in case of fire or other emergencies. There was no hairdryer, which I would have liked as I prefer to wash my hair in the morning. Also quite normal in France is having the toilet separate from the bathroom. Personally, I don't mind that if there is a sink in the room with the toilet, but I find having to walk through the whole flat before I can wash my hands quite inconvenient and not as hygenic as having everything together.

Downright rancid, smoke smell, human hairs in the bed, broken furniture and not at all how it is on the pictures. The toilet is very smelly and there was no toilet paper. I got the idea as if you were in a student residence. We had booked for 3 nights but left immediately after 1 night because it was too dirty.

La plaque à cuisson ne marchait pas Le radiateur dans la salle de bain ne marchait pas Le placard n’était pas propre La cuvette du wc était cassée Le canapé est très vieux et taché Le propriétaire a réagi vite mais il faut que ces choses soient réglées avant de rentrer dans l’appartement

A fuir piège à billet

Logement avec des cafards, le propriétaire et à 2 doigts de se faire virer par le syndicat , donc il et super tendu , si vous fait cuire de la viande ou mettez trop de déodorant l’alarme sonne alarme relier à son telephone il a fait que m’appelle, devant l’immeuble des squatteur des temps en temps le voisin face m’a observé tout le séjour en entre ouvrant sa porte. Les PHOTO SONT FAKE RIEN AVOIR L’appartement ET UN PIÈGE POYR VOUS PRENDRE DES SOUS , le télé ne tien pas droit , la salle de bain de la rouille et moisissures de partout , il vous faut payé une caution il ne vous la rendra pas franchement je suis venu pour le 24 décembre heureusement j’ai mis finir mon séjour chez ma famille à fuir , ou tentez votre chance mes les cafard et les photo fake je pense que sa plaît à personne. Pour info il m’a quand même dit qu’il savait que son appartement était un énorme FAKE rien ne correspond c’est tout petit piège à billet vraiment très déçu de ce logement sachant que j’utilise Boking à mes fin professionnel et personnel ( les cafard sont dans la hote )
