Cleanliness, roomy for a family of 3, and ease of parking.
Very windy location. The town/village is an international surfing location. Home of the wind. If you don't mind wind, it's a great location for you.

The apartments are suitable for comfortable living. The local beach is not far away. Small grocery stores are nearby. The area is quiet and cozy.
We lived on the second floor, the neighbors on the first floor were noisy in the evenings, they had a dog and a cat. The windows of our bedrooms overlooked the inner courtyard where the neighbors below had a place to feed and sometimes walk their animals.During our nightly trips to the toilet, we always encountered Canary Island cockroaches in the bathroom. These encounters were not pleasant.
