The flat was clean and in a quiet location, where we could go for walks and also access the motorway very easily, to go into Murcia or to the mountains or the sea. Those interested need to know that the golf course is closed and the swimming pools too (at least in April 2021, when we went, they were closed) but the property itself was lovely. Nice terrace too, and you can eat outside. For the price, I would definitely recommend it,
All good with the property itself, it’s the golf course that is in bad shape and quite deserted, to be honest. If you’re looking for a busy place, and where you can play golf too, you might need to look elsewhere.
