Localização ótima, casa confortável e bem decorada, com obras de arte em todos os cômodos, plantas na área social da casa e desenho de iluminação bem planejado. Jardim bem cuidado, banheiros em ótimo estado. Vizinhança tranquila e fácil acesso ao comércio da região. Casa iluminada e bem ventilada. Ótima opção para viagem em família (ponto de atenção: pessoas com mobilidade reduzida podem ter dificuldades com a escada para os dormitórios).
Alguns utensílios de cozinha não estavam nas melhores condições, incluindo a grelha da churrasqueira. O ventilador da sala produz bastante ruído.

Casa ampla, bem equipada com utensílios de cozinha, boa qualidade de internet. Espaço externo mto agradável.
Pontos de melhoria seriam a possibilidade de uma TV smart pra permitir aos hóspedes utilização de serviços de streaming e menos avisos/regras colados por toda a casa.

The place is very charming and comfy! I liked the neighborhood, calm street, the house was as described. And the host accepted to allow us to enter 30 minutes earlier from the check-in.
The check in was 4pm. I think it is too late. It's almost evening! We had to stay 6 hours waiting to enter in the place, even one of two hours before 4pm would be enough for us. It was offered a paid early check in but it was out of our budget. A part of that I don't have anything else that I didn't like.
