In front of the condominium there are grocery store, pharmacy, snack bars, Bank 24h. The Pedro Correia BRT station is around the corner. Through this transport that uses exclusive lane it is possible to have access to shopping malls (Metropolitano, Barra Shopping) and Jardim Oceânico Metro Station, which communicates with the South Zone, Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana in about 16 minutes. The use of the pool is subject to specific medical certificate.

It was clean, easy to enter and leave, secure, most things worked fine. Guest bathroom had problems with no warm water and draining issues.
Pool could not be used without a full medical examination that we would have to pay for ourselves... so that was a bit frustrating... but over all it was a very pleasant stay.
