Lovely and fully equipped one bedroom owner's condo in Wacamaya, an oasis of calm and freshness in Noord, 5 minutes away from Aruba's most exclusive beaches.
The condo is ground floor, 30 seconds away from diving in the crystalline pool.
You will enjoy breakfast or dinner right in front of a secluded waterfall.

This small, intimate, gated complex will surely provide you with peace and tranquility when you are not visiting the gorgeous white sand beaches of Aruba.
Socializing with the guests from the other 25 condos will be at the heart of every evening. You will meet them around the pool and outdoor dining area.
An excellent way to make new friends and enjoy a wonderful time.
We are renting you an owner's condo, which means that unlike most rental ones it is fully equipped. You will appreciate the newly renovated kitchen which is fully stocked with all things to allow you to make meals with ease.
The condo is fully air-conditioned, with hot water in the shower.
Fast Wifi is also included.
Private parking right in front of the condo with a step-free access.
The residence offers a BBQ area, lounge chairs and shade.

We had a little trouble getting into the condo BUT i did not fully read through the booklet sent ahead of time and Wifi wasn't working. Suggest saving a PDF of the instructions to access once there. Captain Paul was quick to assist and very personable. Instructions regarding the keys needed to be updated but Captain Paul said he woukd see to that. Condo was well equipped, clean as was the pool area. Tile is the unit can be slippery when wet especially the bathroom. This was a concern for us since my sister is handicapped but would probably not be an issue for most people. Overall a very nice unit.

This place was perfect! Paul took care of big and small details making sure I had everything I needed. He even gave me a discount card for the grocery store and a list of local restaurants that were awesome! He even met me at the property to show me around! The other condo owners were friendly and took me sailing. I will definitely return!

Rental is within minutes to nearly everything we needed and wanted. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Compared to other rentals it could use an upgrade but for the price it was a good pick. The Pool access is unbeatable as it’s right outside your door. Warning the glass door does not have curtains or blinds, allowing full view of the living room and kitchen. We hung a towel at night for privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo that was clean and well maintained. Whenever I had a question or needed something, Paul promptly responded.
There was only one problem that was not the owner's fault at all, or anyone else for that matter. At 1:00 am we were awakened by loud music and a small children crying and yelling out at the pool area. I went outside and said and told them to keep it quiet that people were trying to sleep. They even woke a couple that that was further away in the complex because they were so loud. They did quiet down.
I would still go back to this same place because it was in no way the owners' or manager's fault.
Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful!
