About this house rental

The house is located 30 m from the white sand beach of Kerleven and is surrounded by a walled and sunny garden.

On the ground floor you will find:
- living room with living room
      - dining room
      - living room (television)
      - kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge
- WC
- laundry including washing machine, fridge with freezer,
- terrace with garden furniture and BBQ fixed on a closed ground.

Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms with double bed (linen not provided),
- bathroom with shower screen on the bath and toilet.

Several leisure activities nearby: Cornish golf 5 minutes walk, sailing school 30 m, thalassotherapy Concarneau and casino in Bénodet, footpaths along the shore.

Rental per full week from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes the tourist tax and water.
Our friends the animals are welcome.

Optional household package of 60 € to pay locally if you do not want to do the housework.

From October to May, additional fees may apply depending on your electricity consumption. A report will be made.

Magnifique location

Très jolie maison, très propre et bien équipée, face à la plage. Le jardin est très agréable et bien entretenu. En bref, tout pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette belle région. Merci encore à Mme Mariel pour sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions.

Une maison lumineuse, très propre et proche de la mer qui appartient à une dame très gentille et présente en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr ruhig gelegen und die Nähe zum Meer (100m) ist kaum zu unterbieten. Trotz mangelnder französisch Kenntnisse war die Kommunikation gut.

Un grand merci à notre hôte pour nous avoir permis de passer une très belle semaine. La maison est vraiment agréable et spacieuse. A proximité de la plage, compter trois petites minutes à pied. Nous avons découvert un petit coin de Bretagne et avons apprécié. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir profiter de nos vacances avec notre chien. Le jardin est agréable, terrasse , barbecue, chaise longue, tout y est. Un grand merci à vous Mme pop pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. A très bientôt Mélanie

Lication calme. La cuisine est petite mais très fonctionnelle. Tout le matériel nécessaire. Un seul regret pas de WiFi. Le jardin est magnifiquement fleuri et agréable. Situé dans un site proche du port de plaisance et face à la plage. Les environs sont boisés et les villes Concarneau, Quimper, Benodet , très proches. Un seul petit bémol, les courses...Magasin mini market à 4kms. Un peu plus loin cependant à Fouesnant, carrefour Market dt drive bien, plus station essence. Nous étions bien dans cette jolie petite.maiqon bretonne.

Propreté impeccable, il ne manque rien au niveau équipement. Propriétaire charmante, discrète et serviable. Vue sur mer dans les chambres au 1er étage, et juste la route à traverser pour être sur la plage. Restos sympas tout autour. On vous conseille cette location. Merci encore à Marielle Josette.

Propriétaire très gentille et accueillante, merci pour les gourmandises !! Petite maison fonctionnelle, proche de la plage, on est bercé par le bruit des vagues la nuit... Région magnifique, nous avons aimé l Anse de Penfoulic à faire à pied juste à côté de la maison et du port. Bon séjour !!
