Amber Hotel managed by HT

We were only passing through Nha Trang, hence 2 nights just to have a look. Nha Trang is not really our kind of place but the Amber Hotel was clean and comfortable and out of the way a little from the action and very happy we stayed here. The pool area is VERY small. There is no restaurant/breakfast at the Amber but you are close to getting Banh Mi's for breakfast/lunch and restaurants for evening meals. Staff English is limited. If you smoke you will need to go to the only chair at the top of the loads of steps to get into reception.

Central but quiet location, 5 minutes from the beach. Spacious room. Helpful staff.

A good example of an "old but gold" experience. The hotel itself is quite rusty to be honest, but the staff and the facilities make it up and it's amazing!

The hotel needs a renovation, I understand that it's a complex and expensive process so I don't really complain.

Nice and comfortable bed, good location, great promotion.

The receptionist of night shift was quite irresponsible, we requested to rent a scooter but then he just off his shift and didn’t remember any details to hand over to the morning shift receptionist. The control board in front of our room is broken as well.
