2 Hazelwood - 2 bedroom house near Aldeburgh & Snape Maltings - Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages

A pleasant, spacious ground floor property situated in a rural area but fairly near to the coast and shops.

Overall clean and tidy but several dead insects found on carpet of 2nd bedroom, a number of spiders and cobwebs around the place, made it feel less fresh. I understand it’s a rural property though.

The accommodation was very clean and well maintained inside & outside. It was well furnished and equipped, with light airy rooms. Everything that we used, worked, without any problems. It was really pleasant accommodation. The only issue we had was that the wifi password, which according to the instructions, was on the bottom of the router, didn't seem to give access to the network. As we were only staying for three nights we didn't chase this up with the host, but it might need checking.

The road noise. Although the traffic is light, it goes past the property at speed, late at night and again during the early morning. It disturbs guests' sleep, through the night. Also, the single beds, which have very firm mattress bases are somewhat uncomfortable.

Spacious, light and airy. Comfortable furniture, well equipped.
