Really great location on a quiet street near a local high street and metro station. The property was clean, simple and well appointed for our needs. We would consider using it again!

Be aware of an additional fee that is required on top of the booking. This is a damage waiver fee and there are two options, a less expensive non-refundable cost or an expensive refundable option. The trouble is there is no system to outline the condition of the property on arrival to compare against at the end of the stay, and so no guarantee that the refund will be returned. Hosts were pleasant but unaccommodating when dealing with my complaint, and so the problem was dealt with by the good staff at booking.com

Pros: Location, it is close to metro station Oberkampf and Republique. Great neighbourhood. There is a Nespresso machine, which is a must when we look for accommodation. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. We slept so well but earplugs could be good to have. Cons: The bathroom might be smaller than it looks in the photo. No floor drains, so be aware of flood if the shower basin drain got clogged by previous and accumalative waste. The hot water supply from the shower runs out and needs to wait for it to heat up. We were a group of 3 stayed for 6 nights, so the shower time schedule had to be considered. The laundry machine door could not unlock itself after the washing cycle was over, the apartment management had to send an assistant twice, after their second time of helping to open the laundry machine door, they said they would have to buy a new one. I hope this situation will be resolved before the next guest book this place.

The shower gets blocked and flooded after just a few minutes of showering. Water spills out into the living room area.
