A very pleasant stay with a great overall atmosphere and comfortable, spacious rooms.

Great location just outside Frankfurt, with very quick and easy train access to Frankfurt Messe. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming.

Hidden Gem in the Frankfurt area!

This is the third time I have stayed at Hyatt House, Eschborn. It's my preferred hotel in the Frankfurt area. Excellent to Outstanding in all regards. Highly recommended :) I rate it as a 4.5 star hotel.

Good palce

The main reason why I choose the hotel is because it is quite near to train station and easy to get to places where I needed to get. Breakfast was ok, I missed oatmeal and salmon, but everything was there was delicious. Bed was very comfortable, room was good and quiet.

Hyatt quality hotel in a quiet business district

Hyatt quality hotel in a business district of Eschborn, yet with easy access to Frankfurt city. Spacious rooms with good beds (on a harder side, very comfortable). Loved the room design and tea/ coffee making facilities. Well- soundproofed, but no soundproof can protect from a noisy neighbour (I was lucky over my days of stay). Breakfast fine, Rewe within 5 mins of walk, Eschborn Sud station- 10 mins. Limited eating out facilities though

Well maintained property. Clean modern rooms. Close pfoximity to metro station. Good breakfast.

Rooms were serviced really slow. I was there for three nights & both the days the room wasn't serviced till evening.

Absolutely embarassing for this brand.

The noise from the road is unbearable - also employees loading trucks in the middle of the night causing all sorts of noise right in front of the window. Abysmal sleep times, this is as bad as it gets. The breakfast is uninspired and right from the discounter - all the things you need after a night of non-sleep.

Everything. rooms had character. towel warmer! kitchenette! freezer section in fridge! walk to many great restaurants! easy parking out front! super nice staff!

- breakfast options were extremely limited - the cleaning team didn’t do a good job at all with the dust. I stayed there for one week and not one day did I see them clean the dust off surfaces..
