Apartment that delivers what it promisses in its name!

Apartment stays true to its name. Very cozy, very friendly welcome, and caring owner. With an astounding panoramic view! The location is fantastic, very close to the ski lift. Private indoor parking 5minutes of walk. Very happy with the choice.

The only downaide is that parking not part of the appartment. It is decentralised in indoor parking on the andalo square, it is 5 minute walk and it is not a problem. However loading unloading is a challenge with a big car.

The beautiful view, the nearness to the ski lift, the comfort and heat of the apartment.

A little hard to find as we arrived very late into the early morning and was difficult that night to find the correct parking all was good the next morning when I got my bearings

Appartamento centralissimo, impeccabile e super accessoriato! superconsigliato

L'appartamento ha una vista mozzafiato sulle dolomiti del brenta ed è situato a pochi passi dal paese, l'abbiamo trovato estremamente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa. Inoltre, incluso nel soggiorno c’è un posto auto coperto, e la posizione è perfetta a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita. Disponibile una cantina privata dove poter riporre le biciclette e altra attrezzatura sportiva. Un alloggio davvero al top, ideale per chi cerca praticità, comfort e una posizione strategica! Bellissimo e caldo il camino!! un Top averlo in casa

Un bel weekend a Andalo/Molveno

Abbiamo passato un weekend a Andalo nel appartamento lusso panoramic per una gara di triathlon. L’appartamento è eccezionale con una decorazione curata. Non manca niente, neanche la vista ! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e la pulizia era perfetta. Il proprietario molto simpatico e preoccupato che tutto andasse perfettamente bene per i suoi ospiti. Ci torneremo con piacere.

Appartamento ben arredato e attrezzato di tutto ciò che può servire durante un soggiorno, situato in un punto comodo sia per gli impianti, che per il centro. Proprietario disponibile e molto comunicativo. Bellissima la vista dal salotto.

Trovo che la definizione “lusso” non sia perfettamente in linea con l’appartamento, che per quanto bello, non ha caratteristiche/servizi di lusso. La secondo camera, per esempio non è finestrata. A parte questo, siamo stati molto bene.

Bel breve soggiorno ad Andalo con bellissima vista sulle dolomiti

Appartamento moderno, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con una vista fantastica e una posizione perfetta, a due passi dagli impianti di risalita. Gli arredi sono moderni e ricercati, scelti con grande gusto. Raramente si trovano case vacanza così belle, complete e ben rifinite: non mancava assolutamente nulla! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto attento a ogni esigenza. Un soggiorno davvero fantastico, già consigliato ad amici. Voto 10!

Perfektní apartmán, pobyt zde určitě zopakujeme.

Pobyt zde byl krásný, byt je perfektně čistý a funkční. Je vybaven i drobnostmi v kuchyni, jako je koření, olej, kávovar, čaje, odpadkové pytle... Fajn byla televize s dětskými programy a youtube. Topení v podlaze je také velmi příjemné. Apartmán je blízko centra a blízko vleků. Na lanovku je možné v případě sněhu dojet na lyžích, když sníh dole už není dá se dojít pěšky, ale je potřeba počítat s cestou do kopce zpět do apartmánu. Majitel je úžasně milý a nápomocný.

Museli jsme si zvyknout na vyzvedávání auta z podzemní garáže na náměstí Andala, je to cca 7 min pěšky od apartmánu. Parkování u apartmánu je problematické i na krátkou dobu, naložení a vyložení věcí. Stále někdo projíždí kolem a musíte autem uvolňovat průjezd. Nakládali jsme věci na lyžování, hlavně kvůli dětským věcem, každý den, tak to nebylo úplně komfortní, ale dalo se to zvládnout.

Gianmatteo super premuroso. L'appartamento è una piccola perla nel cuore di Andalo

Appartamento ideale per coppie o famiglie (con uno o al max 2 bimbi). Se ci sono già dei ragazzi al seguito, consiglio di tararsi su 3 persone. Il bagno è spazioso dotato di tutto quello che serve, compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice. La vista del terrazzo sulle Dolomiti di Brenta è mozzafiato. L'accesso diretto alle piste (in uscita o rientro) velocizza tutti gli spostamenti.

Visto il livello top della sistemazione mi permetto di evidenziare di segnalare nelle istruzioni l'altezza massima del parcheggio coperto. Arrivando con SUV, portapacchi e baule ero vicino al limite dei 2,30. Altro suggerimento è di prevedere almeno 1 rotolo di carta igienica per giorno. Per 3 gioni avevamo 2 rotoli e non ci sono bastati. Il resto era tutto super curato e la bottiglia di vino che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo ci ha immediatamente predisposto alla breve vacanza.

Tutto fantastico!

Appartamento moderno con una vista fantastica, posizione perfetta appena sopra alla piazza centrale e vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita. Si nota tantissima attenzione nei particolari anche degli arredamenti moderni e caratteristici. Raramente si trovano case per le vacanze così belle e ben finite. Non mancava assolutamente nulla al nostro arrivo, erano presenti i prodotti per le pulizie addirittura le capsule per il caffè. Veramente fantastico e già consigliato ad amici. Il Sig.Gianmatteo si occuperà di voi con cura dal momento dell'arrivo fino a quando libererete l'appartamento, molto gentile e scrupoloso. Voto 10.

Unico piccolo neo per non dargli 10 e lode è che il parcheggio seppur coperto non è vicinissimo ma bisogna andare giù in paese quindi a qualche minuto a piedi. Diciamo non proprio sottocasa. Davanti a casa è consentita solo la sosta limitata per carico e scarico.
