Good value stay in e close to GIZ HQ (Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit)

The hotel is good value for money given its close proximity to the GIZ headquarters and the Frankfurt trade fare venue. Breakfast was good as well and staff really looking after guests. For late check-ins there is an automated self-check in counter just outside the main entrance.

Guest should probably be made aware about the self-check in requirements during after office hours and what to have at hand for this purpose.

Great for quick and cheap business visit.

Price during an important event in the city. My room had no bath, but common area bath were clean. There was also a kitchen.

That a late check out would have cost extra. That's the kind of stuff other hotels just help you with this. Breakfast was also not worth it.

the ad and room pictures were misleading. The basement room has no window. i was asked to pay more when i insisted a room with window. the rude reception lady told me if i were to refuse, the room wld be cancelled and i wld hv to pay penalty.

Exceptional

Everything! Owners were super nice - very polite and helpful. Room itself was small but cozy, the bed was very comfy (mattress was rather firm but I like it this way). Toilets and showers were extra clean, no issues there. Breakfast was very good, all ingredients were really fresh. Overall very pleased with the stay!
