Man hat einfach viel Platz, denn die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Auch die Küche ist geräumig, Spülmaschine sehr praktisch. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss wird es nicht so heiß, quasi keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Die Lage ist toll: sehr zentral in Zumaia, nicht weit zum Strand und auf den Küstenwanderweg, fußläufig zum Bahnhof, Bus und Supermarkt.
Der in anderen Kommentaren beschriebene Modergeruch beschränkt sich auf das Bad, wo er durch den Lüftungsschacht in den Raum zieht. Die Küche könnte ein paar mehr / bessere Kochutensilien vertragen. Das riesige Wohnzimmer wirkt fast ein bisschen leer - da würde noch ein größeres Sofa wünschenswert, wenn man mit 4 oder mehr Personen dort schläft. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist es abends bei geöffneten Fenstern durchaus mal laute Gespräche von der Straße rein, morgens dann Mopeds und Autos.

La casa es muy amplia y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar un puente o fin de semana. La ubicación estupenda y la gente de Zumaia extraordinaria.
La casa no estaba muy limpia. La nevera, cocina y baño muy justo en limpieza. El menaje muy ajustado si estás en casa. Apenas 4/5 cucharas … Está situado muy bien pero no se puede aparcar y la zona para hacerlo está muy alejada. En verano o con mucha lluvia el paseo es grande.

Dobra lokalizacja, do plaży łatwo można się dostać spacerem. Wystrój przytulny, chociaż meble są dość słabej jakości, a z zewnątrz budynek nie robi dobrego wrażenia.
Apartament nie był dobrze posprzątany. To bardzo psuło pobyt, ponieważ w wielu miejscach - zwłaszcza w kuchni i łazience było widać, brud i zacieki. Dodatkowo jest tam chyba spory problem z wilgocią, bo wszechobecny jest zapach stęchlizny. Brakowało klimatyzacji. Osoba przekazująca klucze do obiektu zachowywała się w bardzo pretensjonalny sposób.
