The appartment was very confortable, close to main attractions in Medulin and sorroundings. The host was very kind and patient while we arrived later than expected.

As we exceeded official check-out time by 15-20 minutes, we experienced a somewhat rude treatment by the cleaning person.

Nice place for family with small children and grandparents.

Appartment is very well equipped, We enjoyed roofed outside sitting area with a gass grill and a perfect butcher's store nearby. All small issues (e.g. gass replacement) were immediately resolved by the owner.

Perfect for the family, excellent value for money

Perfect for the family stay. Bedrooms are cozy, living room and patio are spacious and comfortable for 6-7 people. The location is close to large stores and also butcher shop is near.

If you want to reach nice beaches, you definitely need a car or bikes

Bigger studio than we imagined, very clean, with a lovely terrace and barbeque equipment. Peaceful environment, big parking space and very friendly owners. Heating plus air-conditioning. The place is simply wonderful.

Beautiful accomodation, very clean with enough space for 2 families with 3 small children.Nearest beach was perfect for children better than sand one. Lidl 5min, promenade 20min by walk.

Posto magnifico per stare nei dintorni di Pola

Mi è piaciuto molto il giardino con qualche gioco per i bambini, la presenza del bbq a gas e il fatto che fosse climatizzata. Lo staff è super accogliente e disponibile ad ogni necessità: bottiglia di vino all’arrivo e, di tanto in tanto, un dono a base di frutta presa dai terreni circostanti.

Forse un po’ troppe zanzare, dovrebbero fare maggiore disinfestazione e sistemare un po’ dappertutto maggiori zanzariere

Tutto perfetto. Dalla posizione, alla pulizia, alla comodità, alla disponibilità e simpatia di Luca, di Tatiana e del papà

Comodo e pulito

Appartamento piccolo ma comodo per 4 persone, e’ tutto nuovo e ben arredato, molto pulito. Posizione tranquilla e vicino a 2 supermercati. Per andare sul lungo mare ci vogliono circa 10minuti a piedi. Medulin ha tantissimi parcheggi (tutti a pagamento) noi abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare.

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il piano cottura perché purtroppo hanno le piastre di una volta, non piano induzione ma proprio le piastre, per fare una pasta ci è voluta un’ora di orologio… alla fine dovevamo prendere cibi che non dovevamo cuocere o mangiavamo al ristorante. Per fortuna c’era il microonde quindi per il latte del mattino usavamo quello. Però il resto tutto ok.

Super schöner Urlaub - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!!

Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer dürfte größer sein, aber es war soweit in Ordnung für uns. Ein Stück Garten mit Liegestühlen wäre noch toll, aber nicht dringend erforderlich, da es ja eine Terrasse gibt.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, blisko market Lidl, blisko kamienista plaża, 20minut spacerem do piaszczystej plaży miejskiej oraz promenady. Restauracje oraz wypożyczalnia motocykli w pobliżu.
