The friendly, arranged over two floors apartment, for 4 people, is located on the upper floor of the house. She is about 68 m tall. With their equipment special emphasis was placed on comfort and comfort. So in the bedroom there is a double bed (allergy friendly beds, 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) with slatted frame. In the living room you will find relaxation in the cozy sitting area with flat screen, radio and telephone. The in the living room integrated fully equipped kitchen with crockery, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer and 4 plate stove with oven, offers a pleasant way to provide for yourself. The dining table can accommodate four people. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. For relaxation in the fresh sea air invites you to enter from the living room balcony with garden furniture. In the beautifully located bedroom, in the attic, there are two more single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) with slatted frame. From here you can enjoy the view over the Ordinger dike. The existing screens are with pollen protection. Furthermore, a storage room and a parking space belong to your apartment. On request, we will gladly provide you with the access data for the wireless connection. The use of the phone is free in the German fixed network. Telephone calls in mobile networks, international calls or special numbers may be charged later. For a fee you can use a washer and dryer in the basement. Bed linen and towels are included once. The costs for electricity, gas heating and water are included in the rent. A high chair and a cot are available if required. The minimum rental is 7 nights. For reasons of hygiene pets of any kind and smoking in the apartment are not allowed. The house is open all year and welcomes you to the beautiful North Sea in every season welcome.
