About this apartment rental
A brand new box to highlight furniture and old objects and allow them to continue their journey through time. Large cocoon of three rooms in the city center, all with panoramic views of the Grands Causses.
The spacious entrance serves a living room of over 20 m2 with loggia, facing south overlooking the Larzac plateau. Round table for family meals, new convertible BZ sofa, library and board games available, 4K TV panel. Facing this living-dining room a real kitchen equipped with a combination cooker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a table and the washing machine allows you to breakfast in front of the rising sun, the Tarn valley and paragliders flying from the Puncho d'Agast and the Pic d'Andan (Black Causse).
A door separates this space of activities from the space-night. The two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a large wardrobe are served by a clearance.
The largest room (13 m2) offers two beds of 90X190, a linen wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We can admire in the East the Puncho d'Agast.
The second bedroom (10 m2) is provided for children with its bed of 120X190, his wardrobe, dresser and play area. South view on the Larzac plateau.
The bathroom with large window is equipped with a large basin, a large bath, a toilet and a bidet,
Separate WC with window and washbasin.
The heating is collective as well as hot water. Car park.
Please provide your seasonal rental insurance certificate to download from your insurance company's website.
Tourist tax of 4% per day and per person (except children under 18 years) taken directly by Abritel. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
The apartment is located in the city center, on the second floor of a small building, close to shops, old neighborhoods, pedestrian streets, markets, cinema but also parks, nautical stadium, whitewater circuit and pebble beach on the Tarn, all easily accessible on foot. You will enjoy languishing there after having abused the many cultural and outdoor activities offered by the town of Millau, the wild valleys of Tarn and Dourbie and the immense horizons of the Regional Park of Causses which surround it.
In the less polluted environment of France, Millau, a smiling and lively city of the south, with a rich Gallo-Roman and medieval past, attracts lovers of nature, its beauties and its challenges. Not to mention his viaduct ... Its altitude of 360 m allows to hope for cooler nights in summer.

Appartement très bien equipé en tout, propre, spacieux et lumineux. Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire et avec la gestionnaire qui s'occupe d'accueillir les clients et fournir l'assistance nécessaire en cas de besoin.

Auf der Heimreise vom Baskenland nach Süddeutschland wollten wir mehrere Städte besuchen. In Millau fanden wir die Wohnung von Frau Marie-Beatrice Pailhas.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Costes empfangen, die die Wohnung verwaltet. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit beim Transport des Gepäcks und hat uns alles ganz ausführlich erklärt. Sie hatte vor allem Verständnis für unsere Probleme mit der französischen Sprache.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Kleinod, reichverziert mit Erinnerungen an vergangene Zeiten. Vor allem ist die Wohnung für 2 Personen mehr als geräumig und komfortabel. Alles Notwendige ist reichlich vorhanden.
Die Kommunikation mit Frau Pailhas hat gut über Telefon und SMS funktioniert. Auch sie hatte viel Verständnis für unsere Sprachbarriere. Danke dafür (leider war ich ein schlechter Schüler).
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, wenn einmal Millau auf unserem Weg liegt.

Voici notre traduction (malheureusement probablement mauvaise) en français
Lors de notre voyage de retour du Pays basque au sud de l'Allemagne, nous voulions visiter plusieurs villes. A Millau, nous avons trouvé l'appartement de Mme Marie-Beatrice Pailhas.
Nous avons été très gentiment reçus par Mme Costes, qui gère l'appartement. Elle a été très utile pour le transport de nos bagages et nous a tout expliqué en détail. Elle a été particulièrement compréhensive quant à nos problèmes avec la langue française.
L'appartement lui-même est un bijou, richement décoré de souvenirs du passé. Surtout, l'appartement est plus que spacieux et confortable pour 2 personnes. Tout le nécessaire est abondamment fourni.
La communication avec Mme Pailhas a bien fonctionné par téléphone et par SMS. Elle a également été très compréhensive vis-à-vis de notre barrière linguistique. Merci pour cela (malheureusement j'étais un mauvais élève).
Nous serons heureux de revenir si Millau est un jour sur notre route.
