Summary:
A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Vauxhall that has the largest private residential terrace in London. This home’s open-plan living area has a contemporary kitchen, a marble-topped dining table and several smart places to sit. What’s more, beyond the many windows stretches one of the largest residential terraces in the city. Both the outdoor dining table and miniature putting green have panoramic views that capture treasured London hot spots such as The London Eye, Big Ben and Battersea Power Station, to name but a few.

The Space:
This home’s open-plan living area has a contemporary kitchen, a marble-topped dining table and several places to sit and enjoy London views for groups of friends and families. The ensuite master bedroom is a pale-painted, sleekly furnished room – and like the whole has a striking outlook.
The second and third bedrooms have a double bed and one is ensuite, the other has a separate bathroom. This home is close to restaurants, bars and riverside attractions, including St George Wharf Pier.
With an outdoor dining table and miniature putting green surrounded by panoramic views that capture treasured London hot spots such as The London Eye, Big Ben and Battersea Power Station, to name but a few.

Guest Access:
Access to the whole 3 bed, 3 bathroom apartment plus one of the largest residential terraces in the city. Both the outdoor dining table and miniature putting green are yours to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
Vauxhall’s central and lively, and you’ll find many bars and eateries, plus the famous Tate Britain, within walking distance. And it’s just a two-minute walk to Vauxhall tube station.

Getting Around:
A two-minute walk to Vauxhall tube station (Victoria Line).

Other Things to Note:
The owners personal things are kept in the property so some cupboards will be tamper taped and are not available for use.

We had a fabulous stay in an extraordinary apartment. The view was to die for. The location just could not have been better. The bathrooms were stunning. And the kitchen was great fun. All in all, I think this was the nicest place I have ever stayed.

Very nice three bedroom flat overlooking the Themes River in Vauxhall. Few views in town are better than this one. The exterior deck is unbelievable with a putting green, dining table, and literally the best views around. The design of the building and especially this flat/apartment make you feel like you are on the bow of a huge yacht. The flat is in one of five towers and downstairs is a Pret a Manger, newer restaurants, a bank, a public gym (for a easy fee) and a Tesco Market. Everything is right there. The tube is just outside the door of the property. You can walk to Victoria in 20 minutes so as well as many tourist attractions. You are not in "old London" with the charm of Pubs and old cool restaurants, but they are easily accessible. Our only criticism was the overall cleanliness. While the rooms and bathrooms were all clean for our stay, the final 20% "finishing touches" for a rental were missing. The owners could easily do some things to make it a fully functioning rental versus a home they live in and simply left for the week we were there. There were some minor maintenance items that should have been completed before we got there. Megan was so nice and helpful and met us at checkin and allowed both an early checkin and late checkout free of charge. She was lovely to work with. We enjoyed our one week stay and it was also perfect for our five day quarantine. Great outdoor space was the best part for sure.
