About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Celeste, strategically located in the center of São Miguel island, in Ponta Garça parish. A parish with incredible charm and welcoming population, just 15 minutes away from Furnas, known for its famous hot baths, spas, steaming geysers, lush Terra Nostra gardens, and great restaurants.
At Casa Celeste you can step out onto the wrap around terrace and enjoy an incredible south view of the ocean, with majestic sunrises to the east and watch the sunset spectacularly behind the towns local lighthouse, just a few hundred meters from the home.
If cooking is your thing, then take advantage of a very large, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel gas stove and appliances, a large island and coffee maker.
Do you need to get in a little work? (Hopefully Not) but if you do, there is no need to worry, this home comes equipped with a fast wifi connection that is even accessible from the lounge chairs next to the private in ground pool! Or enjoy a glass of wine and the ocean view from patio, next to the pool.
If you have had a long day of adventure and great food, and have the urge to wind down by watching your favorite show, just log into your Netflix or Amazon account on one of our 4K smart TVs.
Do you have a large family? or some friends do you want to share the home with? Don't worry this large spacious home comes with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms one of which is next to the pool! The main bathroom even comes with a deep jacuzzi tub and double sinks.
• The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, large walk-in closet and amazing ocean view with a walkout terrace
• Bedroom number 1 & 2 comes with a king size bed,+ one single, large closet, ocean view and walk-out terrace with the best view of the light house.
• Office room number 3 comes with a large confortable space large closet and ocean and mountain view to the west
• The 4th bedroom is on the main level with a queen size bed and large closet. Great for those with difficulty climbing stairs, next to the second full bathroom with walk-in shower.
• For those with small children or babies, there is a playpen available and a child’s safety gate at the top of the staircase.
Those worried about whether they have brought enough clothes in their suitcase, worry not. The home is equipped with a large laundry room.

This home was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The property managers were incredibly responsive and provided an impressive amount of information ahead of our trip—including a detailed welcome book packed with helpful tips. Honestly, the listing doesn’t fully capture how much this place offers. In addition to a beautifully maintained full house, you get your own private heated pool, outdoor space, and a game room—it felt like our own personal resort! Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for and the fresh daily bread delivery was the icing on the cake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway!

Location, view, amenities, this place has just about everything. Fantastic spot in the midst of so much but still super private. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We found the listing true to what we found. Four siblings traveling together along with their spouses, 8 total. We comfortably stayed in this house, with enough space for us to gather or find a quiet spot. The kitchen was extra large making it easy to prepare meals or just get ready to go on the next adventure. We spent most of our time on the eastside of the island so the location was between Franco de Campo and Furnas. Staff responded quickly to my questions, even the ones not related to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean. Nice house. Not the best location. Middle of no where. Upstairs one bath for 3 bedrooms. Including the master. Had to leave early for the hurricane. Our flights were all cancelled so we would have had to stay longer so chose to leave 3 days early. Thought the owner would be sympathetic but nope. Oh well lessons learned. The house is very nice and well appointed.
