About this cabin rental

This property is one unit of what used to be a family resort on the Spider Chain of Lakes. We offer many amenities for year-round enjoyment. Summertime rentals give access to the lake via a private dock slip with power and lights, sand swimming beach, large flat lawn space for games or just relaxing. Winter features cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, or just relaxing in front of the fire and watching it snow. Hayward is a short 15 minute drive to excellent shopping, restaurants, and activities. NEW! for 2021. We have added a 22ft. pontoon boat for rent. The boat is at the dock and ready to take you all over the Spider Chain of Lakes. Contact the owner for information on pontoon rental availability and rates.

Beautiful and super clean! Had everything we needed. Scott is a great, host and communicated everything clearly so check-in, our stay and check-out went seamlessly. Although the description was Chain on Spider Lake, I just thought we were going to actually be on Spider Lake...maybe a bit of alcove, but not a separate (but attached) smaller lake. I take responsibility for not clarifying- only expressing my overall feel of the location. It didn't deter from the wonderful property. It's beautiful and quiet. Made for a great peaceful getaway!

We had a great stay at Scott’s cabin. The boat slip is located in a quiet, protected bay and was one of our favorite features. Having power available at the slip was a nice bonus and made our stay even more convenient.The cabin itself is cozy and comfortable with nice wooded views. There is plenty of parking, which made it easy for our boat and trailer. The cabin is also conveniently located right off Highway 77, making it easy to get on 77 and reach local spots quickly.The lake is gorgeous and provided excellent fishing throughout our stay.Overall, Scott’s cabin is a wonderful place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing fishing trip and spend time on a beautiful lake. We would definitely stay here again.
