About this apartment rental
Little Iremía is a large, bright 2-Bedroom villa-style apartment with great sea views just a few minutes from the harbour at Boukari.
Iremía means calm or tranquility in Greek and that's what you'll find here - a relaxing break in real Corfu, surrounded by olive groves and gazing at the sea.
The self-contained apartment enjoys its own private access, two parking spaces and exclusive outdoor space with barbecue.
The space
Inside, the apartment consists of:
- 2 airconditioned bedrooms (which can be made up as either King Size or twin-bedded on request) both with en-suite bathrooms featuring large, walk-in showers with monsoon showerheads.
- A large and airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Modern windows throughout the apartment also feature mosquito screens.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you might expect to enjoy your stay, plus a couple of added extras such as a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
From the living room, there is access onto a balcony and down to a large decked area (this is solely for your use and not shared in any way) featuring lounging and dining areas and a BBQ. From here you can also enjoy far-reaching views of the sea, countryside, and pretty village of Kouspades. The deck wraps around the apartment on two sides, so it can also be reached directly from the bedrooms.
At the front of the property, there is a driveway with parking space for two cars.
The neighborhood
Rob’s place is located in Kouspades, Greece.
Little Iremia is located on the edge of Kouspades; an authentic, charming greek village which is just a short walk, or even shorter drive, from the pretty harbour at Boukari. Boukari is famous as home to some of the best fish restaurants on Corfu and featured on Rick Stein's Mediterranean Escapes (BBC).
There are a whole host of great beaches and swimming spots in almost every direction. If you enjoy swimming in pools, the pools of a couple of local boutique hotel pools are open to and just a few minutes away.
Getting around
There's lots to explore so we recommend hiring a car for at least part of your stay. There is a daily bus service and the bus stop is a very short walk from Little Iremía.

Villa Iremia is truly a gem. The place is very modern and newly renovated. Wifi was excellent and had everything we needed for our stay. Rob and Zoe were fantastic hosts and answered all our questions before getting there and while we were there. The cherry on top was the amazing view from the deck. We highly recommend Villa Iremia. Thank you Zoe and Rob for a wonderful holiday.

This rental is in a quiet country setting with an awesome deck and great views of the sea from afar. When we were there, the sunset view was amazing as well. The entire place is practically brand new with upscale appliances and furnishings. The owners, Robert and Zoe, who live upstairs are always available to help with any questions you might have, but totally respect your privacy. There is an amazing restaurant at the bottom of the hill, a short walk or drive away. We enjoyed our stay at Little Iremia.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende auf Korfu und sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von dort ist atemberaubend schön. So kann man optimal bei einem ausgiebigen Frühstück in den Tag starten und den Tag bei einem kühlen Drink und beim Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen. Es gibt zwei gleich große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche/WC/Waschbecken sowie einen großen gemeinsamen Wohn-/Ess- und Küchenbereich. Ein internetfähiger TV sowie WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles ist sehr modern ausgestattet/eingerichtet. Rob und Zoé sind tolle, freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. In Bezug auf die Lage ist ein Leihwagen von Vorteil. Fußläufig sind ca. fünf Tavernen sowie zwei kleine Minimärkte erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf Korfu und vor allem bei Rob und Zoé sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Situé dans un petit village calme en hauteur, Little Iremia est un appartement très soigné et tout confort avec une spacieuse terrasse très bien équipée pour profiter de la nature et de la vue sur la mer et les alentours. L'accueil est très chaleureux par Rob et Zoe, amoureux de l'île, très sympas et disponibles pour partager leurs coups de coeur et leurs bons plans. Un spot pour découvrir le Sud de Corfou plein de charme en voiture (obligatoire). Je recommande vivement !
