House Sandkamp (GKTZ) - Sandkamp 4

In a quiet position in the district Dorf (South). Near the beach. Our apartment is ideal for families and is extremely idyllic in the district of St. Peter village in an apartment complex. The old village center with church, marketplace and museum and the lively village street with its many shops and restaurants are only about 300 m away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The local bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of Pestalozzistraße. Only a few meters behind the house starts the natural protected dune belt, which leads to the south beach. The other beaches are easily accessible: the main beach Ording is less than 10 minutes by car, the beach of St. Peter Bad and Böhl are less than 5 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity is the picturesque Silent Village, a small settlement of traditional thatched houses. The 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex and is normally furnished for a family with 2 children. Through the living room you reach the ground floor balcony and the spacious lawn behind the house. On the balcony you will find a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The living room is designed in the North German style and has a Sony LCD TV (with USB and HDMI), DVD player, a stereo (with Bluetooth), books, travel information material and several games for the whole family. The dinette can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses each 0.9 m x 2 m), the nursery is equipped with a bunk bed (0.9 m x 2 m). In addition, the couch in the living room can be converted into a bed, so that even 6 people find a place to sleep. The couch has been redone in May 2018. The kitchenette is equipped with two hobs, a microwave, the usual e-appliances (coffee maker etc.) and with sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses. The bathroom was modernized in 2017 and offers a shower, vanity and toilet. A drying option for wet laundry can be found next to the house.
