In our house is located in the basement apartment of 58sqm.  The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a shower room with toilet and a storage room with separate toilet and washing facilities. Large flat screen TV with satellite system is available. The apartment has its own entrance. From the living room and the double bedroom (both with large double doors) you get directly into the garden to a large outdoor space with a protected seating area, natural stone flowerbed with fountain. Following there is a park-like lawn with barbecue and a flower garden. The panoramic view of the vineyard and forest grounds opposite the Mosel and the view of the starting point for paragliding complete the whole. The entire garden has a size of approximately 1. 400 square meters. The whole property is located in a quiet, charming location on the outskirts of the district Rachtig, directly on the bike and hiking trail.
