This holiday home was built in the 60s, it consists of two fully equipped apartments that communicate from outside.
The apartment dates back to the 60s while the lower apartment was laid out in the 2000s.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden that will preserve your tranquility and delight your eyes.
It is located in a quiet area of the Croix Valmer, the beach is 1. 4 km, the city center is 2 km.
The top apartment has a kitchen, a dining / living room, a corridor serving 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1, hallway and living room are air-conditioned. The air conditioning of the corridor can help to cool rooms 2 and 3.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 access directly to the terrace through a window door equipped with mosquito net.
Bedroom 3 has a view of the pool and garden below.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with double beds, Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for meals, as well as a seating area surrounded by laurels.
The apartment downstairs includes a large living room (70m²) very nice with kitchen, living room, dining room overlooking the terrace and pool by two large windows.
The terrace, covered with a beautiful cany pergola is equipped with a large dining table.
The corner plancha is located near the terrace.
Part night: the 3 rooms of the lower apartment are blind, they nevertheless have a window in height giving either on the corridor or on the room of life. They are equipped with portable fans.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 have double beds, Bedroom 6 has a bunk bed.
These chambers dug in the rock remain relatively temperate. There is no air conditioning in this apartment.
The downstairs apartment includes 2 bathrooms and the laundry room of the house.
In front of the lower apartment is the swimming pool of 10 m by 5 m.
The swimming pool safety system is a manual closing tarpaulin that meets the standards in force.
