A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer. Household appliances such as kettle, pad machine, toaster and blender are also part of the inventory. A bathroom with walk-in shower (1.40x1, 00m). The sleeping loft with 2 electric box spring beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) can be reached via a staircase in the living room. You will find cuddly upholstered oversized oversized (1.55x2.20m). A large furnished balcony with northwest orientation awaits you!
In 2014 newly built house we offer you 3 apartments in a pleasant residential area on the forest and dune belt of the district Bad. You reach the spa in about 10-15 minutes, shopping and restaurants, and the train station are also within easy walking distance. As a pedestrian you come to the beach of St. Peter bath comfortably on the new bath bridge, the beach Ordinger can be reached by car or bike in a few minutes. In the period from 01. November to 30. April we offer free nights for longer stays. Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations from 4 weeks before arrival will be charged with 80%, as far as a re-letting is not done.
