Situated across from Wilbraham Park and approximately .4 miles from the beach and The Washington Street Mall is this six bedroom, three full bathroom Victorian Townhouse. This Victorian Classic offers many modern amenities for your party of up to 14. The grand, mahogany front porch offers ample seating to watch the day pass by on bustling Perry Street. The first floor of the home offers a large living area with a pull out queen sofa bed, an upgraded kitchen includes granite counter tops with seating for 14 and a full bathroom. Level two includes, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms. Outside amenities include off-street parking for two cars, a large outdoor shower and a private backyard patio with a charcoal BBQ and seating for six people. This home is within walking distance to many of Cape May’s famous restaurants, pubs and attractions. Wilbraham Park is known for its famous festivals including the Strawberry and Lima Bean Festivals. This home is also located only a few doors down from The West End Garage. Birder and nature lover alert: this rental is just a short bike ride away from many of Cape May s famous birding spots. $300 cleaning fee/stay. Sleeps 14. Parking for two cars. Pillows and blankets are provided. Guest will need to bring towels and sheets. Discount available to guests who book more than one week consecutively. Well trained dogs, under 30 pounds will be permitted for an additional fee. Two dog limit. *Please not if renting during the off-season, there is not heating unit on the third floor. The location was ideal - walking distance to beach and shops. House was well stocked. # beds a bit misleading as it did not mention a sleeper sofa - just glad I had brought extra sheets. For a house that sleeps 14, the living area was very small and difficult to gather as a family.

The property was clean and well stocked (except for toilet paper, I would have thought bathroom would have had a least a half roll). The beds were comfortable, however the steps were a little steep for the age of our group but we made out just fine. The street was quite busy, but it did not detract from our trip. The location was great with easy access to restaurants, shops and local attractions.
