Elegant and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with communal pool, fully air conditioned, Internet fast fiber, private underground parking with lift, and only 150m from the ever popular Cabanas de Tavira sea front.
This bright and delightful modern two bedroom apartment accommodates four people. It is fully air conditioned and has a nice and sunny veranda overlooking the enclosed gardens. It has a large communal pool and also features a lift, and underground parking for one car.
The apartment is decorated in a modern style throughout, and has a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to the front terrace shared with master bedroom. There is also another bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped which gives guests the freedom to cook their own meals that can either be enjoyed in the dining room or on the outside balcony. The comfortable living and dining room is spacious, flooded with natural light through the large patio doors, giving a bright and airy feel throughout the day. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep a further two small children.
The Condominium of Cabanas Beach is located in Cabanas de Tavira, only 300 meters from the port where you can take the boat to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Cabanas Island. If you prefer, you can stay in the condo and enjoy the pool.
The centre and the seafront are approximately 150 m away, where there are many restaurants, where you can enjoy, among many delicacies, the fresh fish and seafood of the region. We are sure it is the ideal place to a family holiday and an unforgettable stay.
Ria Formosa Natural Reserve: The vast beaches and isles from Faro to Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the vast expanses of dunes and after those a labyrinth of lagoons and small sand isles, mud flats and canals. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered, because the sea penetrates right up to land, forming marches and salt marshes
With such physical diversity, it is not surprising that the Ria Formosa Estuary attracts such a variety of life forms and provides a wintering ground for many migratory birds. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa and is very popular with wildlife watchers from all over the world

This was our second stay at this property and it continues to be an excellent place to vacation in the Algarve. With everything you need close at hand it allows you to choose how you wish to vacation, either stay close and take part in what Cabanas has to offer or range widely and explore the south of Portugal.

Everything was close by and within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the parking garage was convenient since on the street parking wasn’t always available.

The apartment was clean and well located. It allowed for fast access to the boardwalk, the beach, and was only a short drive to the major grocery store if the small store on the corner didn't have what you were looking for.
The bedrooms back on to the road, which can be noisy at night, but it is completely silent with the shutters closed. The main balcony overlooked the courtyard of the buildings which have well tended gardens and also give you an opportunity to lean out and check how busy the pool is. The pool is a good size but better for cooling off and light swimming than it is for laps. Not a complaint at all but it may be important to some.
This note is for North American guests: Like most parking in Portugal, the underground parking is pretty tight. I advise getting a vehicle with surround view or a back-up camera to make your life easier.
There are several excellent restaurants in the immediate area (5 minutes walking) that cater to a wide variety of tastes.
On the whole our stay was great thanks to outstanding efforts from Mike and Marina to address a major issue. We can't thank them enough for their tireless efforts.
Overall an excellent place to spend a couple of weeks as a home base for your adventures in the Algarve.
