About this house rental

A modern very conveniently located town house, walking distance to all the local artisan shops, lively pubs and restaurants in the beautiful town of Westport. On street free parking is available ,child friendly and pets are welcome too. Easily accessible to Westport train station and bus stops. Greenway access is 10 meters from the front door. The house has three double bedrooms (master bed ensuite ) with vanity area, enough space to sleep 6 adults in super comfortable beds with blackout blinds. There is a family bathroom located on first floor and an extra cloakroom on ground level. There is a large family kitchen diner with all mod cons ,a perfect space for entertaining ,which leads out to a private rear large patio area, with patio furniture, very safe for children. Extra blankets, throws provided, for indoor and outdoor use, superfast broadband, mood lighting throughout the house. The living room has a large comfortable corner sofa, board games, playing cards and a 49 inch TV and is a calm guest/family space.

This was my family's second time staying at this home and once again our stay was amazing. Martina and Claire are fabulous to work with and very responsive to messages and texts. The home itself has everything- it is spacious, multiple bathrooms and a large kitchen to enjoy! The location is spectacular!! My family loved the ability to walk down to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, ice cream and all the pubs! I have already raved about this home to my friends and cannot wait for our next trip to Westport to stay again at this home.

What an ideal location! It was a very quick walk down the hill to the town. The beds were so comfortable and the street was quiet. Clare was a wonderful hostess and quickly responded to a question I had.

We had a great stay at this house which contains all you need and is in very close proximity to the hub of Westport. It is also at the right end of town to access the beautiful grounds of Westport House, which gives you a lovely walk/meander down to the Quay instead of using the road.Would just say that the house is at the top of a steep hill and our age range was 55-73, so if you are not fit it could be an issue for you.We would certainly stay here again.

Cannot recommend this property enough for a stay in Westport. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the town, a 5 minute walk from all the pubs and shops but also in a quiet location with free car parking (and even better that we could bring our dogs!) The house was fantastic, quirky & fun decor, 3 good sized rooms and a very spacious kitchen, living room and back yard area. The hosts have thought of everything, from a fully dressing table with vanity lights, a well stocked kitchen, board games, even an air fryer! The host was extremely easy to deal with, excellent communication and very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be recommending to everyone. Thank you!

Our Family visited Westport for 5 nights, your home was perfect for our Stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center. The house had everything we needed, we loved the outdoor area for relaxing after a full on day of sightseeing, eating and drinking. The beds and rooms were all very comfortable. Clare was most welcoming upon our arrival. Street parking was easy. Minor issues that might be addressed would include instructions for the hob(they were not in the oven drawer) and the new coffee machine. Location was good for touring the town and area.

Townhouse was in a great location in the center of Westport and we enjoyed the town a lot. The beds were very nice. However, based on the listing we were expecting a garden and there was none. Also, there was mold in the master bath that got much worse while we were there. The refrigerator made periodic shrieking noises and the coffee maker did not work. Also off putting is a large painting in the kitchen of two naked boys peeing. Supposed to be funny but not pleasant to look at when you’re eating a meal.

Very Lovely- just as advertised, everything was super clean and in great working order. Spacious and comfortable. Loved the location at the head of town just close by the clock tower with convenient walking access to the pubs, the shops, sightseeing and a nice walk to the quay along the Greenway. The views along this coast are pretty special. We came in honor of our ancestors who left during the hunger years. We lit candles in St. Mary’s Church in their remembrance. Westport delivered much more. We enjoyed the boat tour of Clew Bay, trip to the beach, the Greenway, a trip to the Deserted Village in Achill and a tour around Westport House. Great dining at The Towers overlooking the Bay. Delicious tapas at No. 8. And lunch at This Must Be The Place. We loved the friendliness and leave with full hearts for such a successful and very special family reunion.

We had a lovely week at the house. It was well presented and clean, and almost everything about it was perfect. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. If I was being really picky I would say the only thing missing was coat hooks near the front door.

We loved Westport and our stay at Martina’s house. We were welcomed by Clare upon arrival and she walked us through the house and told us everything we needed to know. It had great space for our family of 5 and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.
