Very clean and well furnished for the size, had everything we needed. Not a huge place but if you’re not spending your whole trip in the house it’s perfect. The walking path to the beach wasn’t ideal but we walked to the main beach instead of the south beach most days anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Really liked the security of having a fenced in yard with our own gate.

We truly loved the location and the privacy of the property! This is a small studio, which we were aware of, and the garage and patio spaces were a great help however it was hard to find a place to even put our bags. We wished there was two chairs inside instead of the loveseat, which was pretty uncomfortable - we assume it is there to make the space seem larger however it was just a bulky piece of furniture that served no purpose to us besides being in the way. We were also a bit turned off by the high cleaning fee on top of other fees, considering the floor was very dirty to the point we had to wear shoes/socks in the house to prevent the soles of our feet from being completely brown, and we also had to take out all our own trash and do our own dishes before check out, and there were only two small bathroom size garbage cans provided. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the check-in process but there were a few easy changes that could’ve make the experience better. If we were coming back on a short trip with less baggage, we would consider booking this property again but for this trip it was a little cramped and hard to get comfortable!
