The suitably equipped North Sea apartment with a size of about 27 square meters can accommodate 2 people. Equipped with a living room with satellite TV and small stereo. The integrated kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, 2-plate stove, pottery, dishes, etc. Separate bedroom with a double bed, shower room with WC (bed linen incl., Towels can be borrowed)

The simple and functional apartments Mitteldorf are located in the house Colonia, in the heart of St. Peter-Ording, in a quiet, central location. In about 10 minutes walk you reach the spa, the Dünentherme, the pier, the spa promenade and the spa forests. Sniff sea air at the nearby North Sea dike, discover the beach and the sea.

Einfache Kleinst-Wohnung mit Potential
Positiv: wir konnten sogar schon vor der vereinbarten Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Hausneisterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Schlafzimmer ist ansprechend eingerichtet und das Bett verfügt über gute Matratzen. Negativ: Die Küche mit Sitzecke ist sehr klein. Die sehr grosformatigen Möbel versperren den Platz. Das Sofa kann man nicht nutzen ohne Tisch und Stühle beiseite zu schieben. Dafür fehlt aber der Platz. Der Fernseher dürfte etwa 15 Zoll Bildschirmdiagonale haben - also Laptopgröße. Die Möbel in der Küche sind wild zusammengewürfelt: Kiefernregal im 80er Look, selbstlackierter Tisch, 2 Schwingstühle, kleine Kommode in hellem Furnier, unterschiedliche weiße Küchenschränke, bei denen 4 verschiedene Grifftypen zum Einsatz kommen. Die kleine Pantryküche mit 2 Platten steht leicht schräg, was sich entsprechend beim Kochen auswirkt. Kochgeschirr und Küchenutensilien sind reichhaltig vorhanden. Allerdings erinnert das mehr an die Fundstücke eines aufgeräumtern Kellers: 5 Kochlöffel, aber nur ein kleines Obstmesser. Brotmesser, Fleischmesser etc. fehlen. In Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin haben wir zumindest ein Brotmesser gekauft. Geschirr, Gläser, Siebe etc. scheinen schon andere Jahrzehnte erlebt zu haben. Also mehr Flohmarkt-Charakter als Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Da der Wasserhahn der Spüle defekt war, hat die Vermieterin die Reparatur innerhalb weniger Stunden veranlasst. Kompliment und danke, das war wirklich prima. Die defekte Jalousie im Schlafzimmer konnte während unseres Aufenthalts leider nur provisorisch repariert werden. Das WLAN fiel am Donnerstag aus und lief bis zur Abreise am Samstag nicht mehr. Die Batterien der Feuermelder meldeten sich dann in der letzten Nacht mit einem stundenlangen Piepen. Zu hoch zum Austauschen. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr beengt. Die Toilette ist schräg in einer Ecke platziert, so dass man mit den Knien unweigerlich an die Duschewand stößt. Das Bad erfüllt seinen Zweck - mehr nicht. Die Wohnung ist wohl durch Teilung einer ehemals größeren Wohnung entstanden. Die übrigen drei Zimmer haben keine integrierten Bäder. Diese gehen vom gemeinsamen Flur ab. Da die Türen alt sind, schließen sie nicht richtig. Somit kann man Gerüche und Geräusche aus den Bädern gut miterleben. Wenn dann noch die Bäder zum Flur gelüftet werden, ist meine Ekelgrenze erreicht. Das liegt natürlich nicht an der Wohnung per se, sondern an den Mietern. Aber man sollte sich vor Anmietung über diesen Umstand im Klaren sein.
