Great value for money in a very good location. The rooftop pool was a great addition. Staff were very friendly and the shared bathrooms were of a good level of cleanliness. Overall for how cheap the rooms are we cannot complain too much and this is very worth the money.

The bunk bed room we stayed in had a very damp smell. After we brought it to their attention they kindly moved us to a different room. However it was clear that the new room suffered from the same problem but was masked with air freshener. This is most likely because the room has no ventilation, so any wet towels or clothes drying in the room cannot air out. We also paid extra for breakfast after seeing the photos of the breakfast online. However, it is slightly misleading as they have different breakfast menus for dorms and private rooms. So the pictures you see online of the breakfast may not necessarily be what you can get.

I stayed for 10 nights in a room with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Just great. My room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and it had the largest bathroom sink I have seen in a hotel room in ages. Just fantastic. I had an issue with something not working in my room, and there was someone to check and fix it with 10 minutes of me reporting it. Great service. All the staff, no matter which area they worked in the hotel were very professional and always acknowledged you. The staff on the front were very interested in what we had done each day and were very helpful helping me find information when required. The Akas Cafe on the roof was great. The chicken tacos were nice and fresh for a light lunch. The menu had a great range of food and value for all budgets. Their juices and smoothies were delicious especially the mango one's. (yum) It was a very popular place at night to relax and enjoy the music. There were also lots of large fans in the cafe they could turn on especially if the humidity was a little high. The staff were always, making sure we were comfortable no matter the weather. The aircon worked very well in the rooms, and I loved how there were lots of places you could sit and chat on each floor especially if you were staying in a dormitory style room. There were always staff on hand to help you get a tuc tuc and assist you in if required. There was a kettle, safe and hair dryer in my room, and two bottles of water were left daily. Fantastic location as a base to get to many things and attractions around Siem Reap. Lots of good amenities, shopping and lots of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again when I am back in Siem Reap.

The only issue I found was the floor in the shower was a little slippery for me due to a bad leg and the material used. I went to the supermarket 5 mins away and bough a nonslip mat and it was fixed.

Good location.

Cold water. I spoke to them at the reception twice. I was asked to run water for 5 mins. I ran it for 10 mins and nothing o wasted water and i didn’t get hot water. I stayed at room number 122 on the first floor.
